The Umpire Talk Technical Team will do their best to help and support you if you experience a problem.

The returns policy strictly adhere's to the Terms and Conditions as stated on the Website.

Important – do not send any parcels until you have submitted a Helpdesk Ticket

Important Steps:

1) Please register/submit a ticket using our Helpdesk Tool:

Please include in your Ticket the following information :

  • - Date of Initial Purchase:
  • - Initial Purchase Order/Invoice Number:
  • - Hockey Union through which you purchased or received your Radio’s:
  • - Description of the Problem being encountered:
  • - Please tell us as much as you can about the problem.

3) Please click here to print the form to be included in your Parcel.

4) After you have returned from posting your parcel: - please send us the TRACKING number if sent using a recorded option.
