The returns policy strictly adhere's to the Terms and Conditions as stated on the Website.
Important – do not send any parcels until you have submitted a Helpdesk Ticket and received instruction from the Helpdesk to do so

Please include in your Ticket the following information :
3) Please click here to print the form to be included in your Parcel.
4) After you have returned from posting your parcel: - please send us the TRACKING number if sent using a recorded option.
